How long does it take to get a response from Customer Service?

Our team responds to all requests within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). For urgent questions about ongoing orders, we recommend writing to info@naolulu.com and including the order number: it will be prioritized in our queue.

Where can I find information about shipping costs?

You can find all the details on shipping times and costs for Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world on the dedicated shipping page. Shipping is free for orders over €200 in Italy and €250 throughout Europe.

How can I change or cancel an order?

You can modify or cancel your order directly from the My Orders section until it is prepared for shipment, usually within a few hours of purchase. Alternatively, write to us at naolululab@gmail.com stating your order number. For more details, consult our Orders and Shipping section.

How do returns work?

You have 14 days from delivery to return unwanted items. Returns are free in Italy and the European Union. All details can be found on the Returns and Refunds page.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, you can order as a guest using only your email address and phone number (required for shipping). However, creating a NAOLULU account allows you to speed up future purchases, save your wishlist, and track the status of your orders in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free installment payments through Klarna and Scalapay in 3 installments. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
