Once payment is confirmed, the order is prepared and handed over to the courier within a few business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on destination and order value:

ITALY: free for orders over €200, otherwise €12.90
EUROPEAN UNION: €19.90 (free for orders over €250)

The exact cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

How long does delivery take?

Preparation and delivery times depend on the destination and the selected brand:

ITALY: 5-10 business days
EUROPEAN UNION: 7-14 business days

The indicated times start from order preparation (1-2 business days) and are approximate. For more details on payments, please refer to the dedicated section.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive the tracking code directly from DHL via WhatsApp or email. You can track your delivery at any time on the DHL website by entering the tracking code. For any questions about the delivery, please contact us at naolululab@gmail.com, including your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Italy and throughout Europe. Always check your country's regulations before ordering.

Can I change the shipping address after ordering?

Yes, but only before your order has been prepared for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible at naolululab@gmail.com, providing:

— Order number
— New complete address

If the order has already been shipped, we will need to wait for the package to be returned to the warehouse before we can reship it to the new address.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not present for the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a failed delivery notice and:

— Will attempt delivery a second time on the next working day
— Will deposit the parcel at a pick-up point near your address
— Will contact you by phone to arrange a new date

You generally have 5-7 working days to collect the parcel before it is returned to the sender. If the parcel is not collected, a charge of €45 will be debited to the buyer.

Multiple orders and different brands

NAOLULU is a curated shopping destination that brings together quality international brands. For this reason, some aspects of shipping deserve particular clarification.

SEPARATE DELIVERIES — If you order items from different brands, you may receive separate deliveries. Each brand prepares and ships its own products, so arrival times may vary slightly. You will receive a dedicated tracking number for each shipment.

A SINGLE FEE — Even if items arrive separately, you always pay a single shipping fee (or free above a certain threshold). There are no surprises at checkout.

UNIFIED MANAGEMENT — All your orders are managed by the NAOLULU team. For any questions or issues, always contact our customer service: we take care of everything.

AVAILABILITY — In some cases, specific brands may have shipping restrictions for certain destinations. We will notify you directly at checkout, if applicable.
