What payment methods do you accept?

How does the 3-installment payment work?
We offer two interest-free installment payment solutions with no additional costs:
KLARNA — Pay in 3 monthly installments. The first installment is due at the time of order, subsequent installments in the following months. Available for orders over €30.
SCALAPAY — Pay in 3 monthly installments. Same operating principle as Klarna, with an Italian service. Available for orders over €30.
At checkout, select one of the two methods: the payment plan will be shown to you before confirmation. No interest, no surprises.
When is payment charged?
STANDARD PAYMENTS (cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay):
The amount is charged upon order confirmation.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS (Klarna, Scalapay):
The first installment is charged upon confirmation. Subsequent installments follow the schedule of the chosen provider, generally 30 and 60 days apart.
You will always receive a confirmation email with all payment details. For more information on delivery times, please consult the shipping section.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can request an electronic invoice during checkout.
FOR INDIVIDUALS: enter your tax code in the billing details.
FOR COMPANIES: enter company name, VAT number, and recipient code (SDI) or PEC.
The invoice will be sent to you by email within 24-48 hours of order shipment. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we do not include paper invoices in packages.
In what currency are payments made?
All payments are made in EURO (€). If you use a card in a different currency, the conversion is handled automatically by your bank at the daily exchange rate. Currency exchange fees may be applied by your bank: please check with your financial institution.
What happens if the payment fails?
If the payment is not accepted, we recommend you:
— Check that your card details are correct
— Check the available balance on your card
— Check with your bank for any blocks on online purchases
— Try an alternative payment method

TOKENIZATION — Your card data is never saved on our servers. It is replaced by unique numerical tokens that have no value outside of our system.
FRAUD PROTECTION — All orders are analyzed by automatic anti-fraud systems that identify suspicious transactions before charging.
